When all components of the lift have been mapped, you would like to indicate per component what the lifespan of that component is and when it needs to be replaced. This is now possible in Liftmanager®, the logical successor to the online lift Logbook, but more is possible. It is possible to read in a library of parts (via an Excel import) from existing lifts. This way you don't have to type in the entire description every time, but a component can be selected with 2 or 3 letters. The same library of replacement parts can also be imported. In this way the replacement parts can be selected. And if you always want to replace component "x" by component "y", that can be specified. The Capital Plan is automatically filled in this way. The Capital Plan can be shared with the customer. This function is also completely free.
When you start using Liftboxs® sensors, the Capital Plan will become dynamic. This means that the replacement is based on the maximum number of runs and / or the maximum number of door movements. This is based on specifications from manufacturers and the experiences of other users. So if, for example, a certain type of frequency inverter is replaced after 7 years or 7 million runs because it becomes defective, the cycle will be adjusted accordingly. And if the lift makes more or fewer journeys, this will have an effect on replacement times and therefore also on operating costs.
Maintenance can be budgeted in the same way as the components. Think of a “cleaning service” once a year and a "door service" after x number of door movements and a "guide service service" after y trips.
