nullDear Service Manager: close your eyes and consider what your work will look like if you can retrieve all the important technical data from all your lifts, including photos, at the touch of a button? How much time does that save in assessing breakdowns, ordering parts and supporting your engineers in the field? How many miles to the elevator to make recordings would that matter? And what do you think of the possibility to tune the stock of parts to your installed base?

Lift logbook, but really complete
From now on this is up for grabs. Liftinsight once started with an online lift log book, consisting of the technical data of the lift, drawings, certificates and inspection reports and records of maintenance, malfunctions and inspections. And that is still there. But now you can also add photos of the components, so that you see what it is next to data. And still free, as promised then.

Next step Capital Plan (More Years Maintenance Budget)
When all components of the lift have been mapped, you would like to indicate per component what the lifespan of that component is and when it needs to be replaced. This is now possible in Liftmanager®, the logical successor to the online lift Logbook, but more is possible. It is possible to read in a library of parts (via an Excel import) from existing lifts. This way you don't have to type in the entire description every time, but a component can be selected with 2 or 3 letters. The same library of replacement parts can also be imported. In this way the replacement parts can be selected. And if you always want to replace component "x" by component "y", that can be specified. The Capital Plan is automatically filled in this way. The Capital Plan can be shared with the customer. This function is also completely free.

Superlative IoT
When you start using Liftboxs® sensors, the Capital Plan will become dynamic. This means that the replacement is based on the maximum number of runs and / or the maximum number of door movements. This is based on specifications from manufacturers and the experiences of other users. So if, for example, a certain type of frequency inverter is replaced after 7 years or 7 million runs because it becomes defective, the cycle will be adjusted accordingly. And if the lift makes more or fewer journeys, this will have an effect on replacement times and therefore also on operating costs.

Maintenance can be budgeted in the same way as the components. Think of a “cleaning service” once a year and a "door service" after x number of door movements and a "guide service service" after y trips.

Liftboxs® sensors can be leased from € 4 per month, including connectivity (SIM card).

Starting is free. You can register and calculate files and Capital Plan free of charge in Liftmanager®. If you want to make it dynamic, you can use the Liftboxs® sensors at low costs. Cick here to start.

Market position of lift companies
We believe that the use of information technology and sensors will make the elevator sector change enormously in the coming years. Deployment of (difficult to find) professionals can be much more focused in this way. Meaningless time and environmentally wasteful visits can be prevented. The uptime can go up and the number of failures down. Higher customer satisfaction, with lower costs. Growth in serviceportfolio is possible without a proportional increase in staff. This will result in winners who can deal with their profession in an innovative way and lead to a healthy sustainable position for elevator maintenance companies.
